How to arrive

The Monte do Faro viewpoint is one of the best on the Alto Minho, with fabulous views of Valença and Tui, the bridge that connects them and the River Minho up to its mouth in Caminha.

It’s located next to the sanctuaries of Nossa Senhora do Faro (Our Lady of the Lighthouse) and Santa Ana, in a nature reserve with delightful recreational and picnic areas.
