How to arrive

Romanesque and Baroque religious architecture. It housed an important Benedictine community for several centuries. A remarkable church housing relics and the tomb of the pious São Ganfei.

The first buildings probably date from the 12th century. In addition to the magnificent church, the ensemble is completed by the old monastery and the walled enclosure.
