How to arrive

From this summit you can contemplate the splendid views of the River Minho and its pesqueiras (traditional stone fishing weirs). Upriver, you can see the municipality of As Neves and, just opposite, the pretty Portuguese village of Monção, with its frontier fortress built as a result of the clashes between the kingdoms of the Iberian Peninsula during the War of Restoration.
