The Museo da Ciencia do Viño de Salvaterra is one of the largest spaces for disseminating viticulture and oenology in Spain. It is highly interactive, educational, ideal for the enjoyment of the whole family.
It also has an incomparable exhibition setting: the Castle of Doña Urraca, whose modern layout dates back to the 17th century and which, together with the Fortress, has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, a protection it has held since 1949.
In 2020, the Museo da Ciencia do Viño obtains the “Q for Tourist Quality” mark and the Doña Urraca Castle adheres to the exclusive “National Network of Historical Heritage -Castles and Palaces of Spain”.
